Consultants are there to assist clients; clients are not there to promote their consultants.
Effective client relationships start with trust not with the law. Contractual detail should be a precise, practical expression of that trust. To expect trust to be generated from a legal document is the wrong way around.
Any information received by Peter White – be it through voice, paper or electronic means – shall remain confidential and cannot be passed on to any third party without the consent of the client. This includes the matter that one is, or has been, a client of Peter White.

The client and Peter White agree a fixed fee. This may be for a once off project or for a continuing service. Either way, the client will not be invoiced for supplementary charges – other than costs incurred by travel outside Ireland.
